Initial Consultation

A free, no-obligation 15-minute initial consultation is offered to clarify your needs and expectations. This consultation is optional and not a prerequisite for starting psychotherapy or coaching.

Online Sessions

Psychotherapy and coaching are conducted online. Research shows that online sessions are as effective as in-person meetings. All sessions are carried out in accordance with current security standards and medical confidentiality, ensuring your information is handled safely and confidentially.

Flexible Scheduling

Flexible appointment times are available, including evenings and weekends.

Pricing

We are a socially oriented center and aim to make our services accessible to as many people as possible. Therefore, we offer socially differentiated pricing.

General Information

The danish psychotherapists are not affiliated with the public health insurance system.

Cancellation Policy

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please cancel no later than 10:00 AM the day before. Cancellation is possible via email, phone, or SMS – also evenings and weekends. This allows the time to be offered to others. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full via MobilePay.
• In case of illness, please send an SMS before 9:00 AM to +45 52 73 30 60 – otherwise the full fee applies.
• Please note that we do not send SMS reminders. Kindly make sure to record your appointments in your calendar.

Payment

• No commitment – pay per session (does not apply to Discount Card)
• Payment is made at the start of the session
• Payment via MobilePay or instant bank transfer via mobile (NemID required)

* Discount Card

• Valid for 5 sessions with prepayment
• Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
• If discontinued before all sessions are used:
  Completed sessions will be charged at the standard rate (1,195 DKK per session)
  The remaining balance will then be refunded
• The discount applies only if all sessions are used.

Coaching
