We process information about you in order to respond to your enquiry. Contact details are processed in connection with accounting and invoicing and in order to contact you, for example if an appointment needs to be changed.

In such a case, we will cease processing your personal data going forward. Information that was processed while your consent was valid will continue to be retained to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations.
4. Who do we share your personal data with?
Your personal data is not sold to third parties and is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
Our website acts as a data processor. The personal data you enter on the website is stored in the data centres of our web hosting provider.
We also use external service providers, including providers of accounting software and booking systems. These providers act as data processors and process personal data solely on our instructions and in accordance with applicable legislation. We have entered into data processing agreements with all relevant providers, which ensures that the rules governing the protection of your personal data are complied with.
5. How long is your personal data retained?
During an active course of therapy, your data is retained for as long as necessary for us to provide treatment. This will typically be up to one year after your most recent appointment. However, under the rules of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, we are required to retain accounting information relating to your course of therapy for up to six years.
